Purpose of NCJF

Conservation of Natural Environments and Improvements of Legislative and Social Environments, for Sound Practice and Future Succession of Falconry in Japan

Activities

(a) Information sharing and discussion among falconry associations and individual falconers for sound practice and future succession of falconry;

(b) Lobbying with national or local governments on legislation relating to falconry;

(c) Public relations in course of above activities (a) and (b), addressed to mass media and general public;

(d) Communication and interaction with relevant associations and experts to purse above activities (a) and (b); and

(f) Management for above activities

Organization

NCJF is a non-registered society with general meeting as decision-making function. Decision shall be made by unanimous voting. Appointed no permanent representative but delegate with full mandate for specific action on case-by case basis. Finance is supported by volunteer service.

Secretariat (with one Secretary General and Deputy Secretaries, if any) are in charge of management and communication network.

Membership of NCJF is open to any association or individual who supports the Purpose above, and is willing to abide by relevant laws and regulations.
